School Wide Events Committee Meeting

• Our committee will have a spot on the “Nuts and Bolts” flyer to give updates

• Hayley will give Drew important information based on meeting minutes

• November focus: Café Cool Tool

• Underhill school song: Maryann will give Hayley the lyrics to type up and distribute

• Annie will make new bubble letter posters

• We will sing the Underhill song at the November 22nd assembly

• October Assembly

• 9:10am School Wide Assembly

• Hayley and Caryl will work on formatting the

• 2nd grade helpers jokes

• SRO talk about Halloween Safety

• Fall Festival

• Schedule has been distributed

• Karen L. will take a photo of one of the activities and write a little blurb for the banner

• Red Binders: we will work on going through and pulling out “retired” papers and updating Cool Tool pages

• Make poster picture clues to help remind students
